Sinterklaas, old patriarch that he is

Joris is so old, that when he was asking for a Barbie doll and a beauty salon on his Sinterklaas wish-list , he was way ahead of his time. So much ahead in fact that Sinterklaas, old patriarch that he is, decided not to give Joris the presents that he wanted. But times have changed, and I was contacted by the old man from Spain, that Joris’ wish should in fact be honoured after all these years. “And such a lovely poem the boy wrote as well” he mentioned.
