Joris is so old that I’m sure by now he can appreciate a nice, smelly bowl of sticky “natto” ;)
I remember the bravery with which Joris challenged this traditional hard-core Japanese food when he visited us in our house in Kyoto in 2012. “It tastes like crusts of old brie” … Happy birthday Joris!!
